Action Planning

All projects have objectives with actions that need to be acted on to ensure that the effect of each initiative is of benefit to the business. Each initiative is only as effective as the management processes it is tied to. Via the Fizz action-planning module you can ensure this link is maintained and that every action\objective is tracked and understood right through to its final outcome.

Following each wave of a project lifecycle – every action can be derived and published and the wider project team requested within an agreed timescale to submit an action plan. These will subsequently be linked by the system to improvements and provide a database of what worked and what didn’t for each action throughout the whole project life cycle.
