Automated Reporting

Fizz's Interactive Dashboard technology is built on a powerful, custom built reporting solution that uses simple to use drag and drop technology.

This means both simple reporting tasks and complex reporting tasks, with many steps and many authors, are all neatly automated. For example, hundreds of monthly retail reports from different store locations can be done automatically, saving time and avoiding manual inaccuracies.

On-going reporting can be set-up once and then re-run each day, week or month in a fraction of the time taken to manually report each period, saving time and money and increasing accuracy and efficiency for each report generated.

All reports can be directly exported in to PowerPoint or Excel as fully editable Office charts and slides. This means you can quickly write custom presentations. Automated reporting is available for PowerPoint 2007 (or PPT 2003 with the correct extensions).

Each user can create reports in a pseudo PowerPoint designer powered by your standard web browser. You can create any table, chart or object available in PowerPoint, apply your data from the customer data designer and once configured you can export directly into PowerPoint to make your final amendments.

Once the design view is in place, different styles, colours and text can also be automated to reduce the on-going effort required to produce each final report. Once rendered, you can make all changes in PowerPoint as everything in the file is native to PowerPoint and not image based, so figures, chart styles and table settings can be amended and revised.

Once all of the data is edited and finalised, you can save the details and distribute in PowerPoint using all of the standard tools. This approach can dramatically reduce data turn-around time as well as pulling in data from any source, providing a standard process to deliver your on-going reporting in either PowerPoint or through the Fizz dashboard utility.
