Online Analysis

Fizz’s Interactive Dashboard and Automated Reporting tools come with the option of a powerful online data analysis tool. The data tool’s features include cross tabulations, statistical analysis, textual analysis and export to editable MS PowerPoint and Excel 2007 documents. The tool also supports data from any source, so metrics from other systems such as sales data and customer data can be overlaid within the tool and pulled into the final PowerPoint report.

The online data analysis tool also enables the batch generation of data – so you can use very large batches of data to batch generate reports into PowerPoint and do dynamic searches/ querying. This dramatically speeds up large ad-hoc and repeat reporting tasks, plus basic and advanced ad-hoc data manipulations.

Below you see the standard interface for selecting the data. In this example the data was previously imported from Excel. The data can then be selected, cut by time or by filters (such as customer, age, gender for example) and then the type of output can be adjusted. The system will calculate percentages, mean scores, NET calculations and will also significance test the data over time and provide standard deviation along with a whole host of other options.

Once your data queries are set-up, you can preview the data and make amendments, then export the data as CSV, XML or use the data within the Online PowerPoint tool to set-up your charts and styling - which are then updated automatically when new data is amended using the dynamic time settings which the Fizz analysis tool app' provides as standard.



The ability to provide on-line analysis and PowerPoint generation from the same web system provides a system that will save you time and increase efficiency as well as standardise your reporting processes on an on-going basis.
