Fizz uses a simple web upload system and a powerful ‘Google’ style search capability across all types of documents - including multimedia content and data files. Users can search for files using simple search criteria or by creating an advanced search and the most relevant results are returned in seconds in relevance rank order. The user has complete control over the results returned and has a powerful tool-kit of options at their finger tips to further aid the distribution and dissemination of each file – each of which is covered within Fizz.im and can be accessed via the links below.

All Fizz solutions use customised indexing software and meta-tagging solutions to ensure users are quickly served with content most relevant to their requirements. Each file will have a list of key words and phrases automatically assigned when added to the system and this list is used whenever a search is performed to offer results extremely quickly (rather than having to scour through thousands of files whenever each search is executed). Every search performed can be saved and configured as an e-mail alert for users to quickly re-run at any time and to be notified when new results are available.

Single or multiple files within each search results set can also be e-mailed to any number of users as links to avoid the issues of file size attachments within corporate network environments.

Files and information from other sources on the web and internal networks can automatically be collated into a central Fizz system – providing one search across of your different information providers.

User statistics ease the concern over wider access as every action on a particular file is tracked and reported. The same statistics can be used to follow search trends, compare providers and to deliver a business case for the continued use of a supplier and the Fizz system itself.
