Uploading documents provides a high powered and accurate search function, and this also applied to multi-media\video content through the addition of manual tags added at upload.

Any information captured about multi-media content such as descriptions, keywords and META information are also searched alongside document content, meaning the search will produce documents, video and audio all within the same set of results. This provides you with the most relevant results regardless of the source of the file added.

Any multi-media asset added to the library system will also be converted to streaming media, so that huge video files play as soon as you access the file. You also have access to download the source file so you have full control over whether you need to burn a high quality DVD, or you need to send out a link to a compressed, smaller web enabled video to make it quick and simple to distribute any type of file inside your organisation.
